I am a Bristol based Personal Trainer who helps people who are starting on the road to fitness who may:
- never have exercised before
- have exercised in the past but don’t any more
- be currently exercising but need guidance
I do this through encouragement and education. My Personal Training style challenges my clients to exceed themselves, but always within their capabilities. My clients’ victories will be their own to take pride in and their confidence will grow as a result.
I visit my clients in the environments that they feel most comfortable – most often their own homes. The time I spend with my clients is their special time: where possible and provided my client feels safe, we will exercise away from the possible distractions of home life. This will also add variety and interest to the sessions.
As your Personal Trainer, I will give:
Guidance on reaching your goals
Education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
A reason to train each week!
Ways to help track your progress and encourage you
Provide a personal training plan for your entire training programme
