LA Art was founded in 2004 by Ewan Smith and is based in East Ayrshire , Scotland. We produce hard wood furniture, picture framing, mirrors , art work and also offer a studio photoraphy service.
Each timber product or commissioned item is created from trees sourced from local fallen hardwood. Using our own sawmill we produce planks which are kiln dried onsite.
The final stage is the design and construction of the products which is done by Ewan himself. This personal and careful approach ensures truly individual and stunning pieces are produced each time.
