Once they have your money, they couldn't care less what problems you might encounter with the products they supply. I ordered a "standard" bumper for my Fiat Multipla.imagining that "standard" meant whatever would have been factory fitted, in my case a body coloured bumper. Nice Deals failed to mention that they could only supply the black plastic type since doing so would have prevented a sale. Of course when it eventually turned up, it was the wrong sort but they were not interested and couldn't care less. Since they only communicate by email (no phone numbers offered anywhere on the site) they can reply or ignore you as it suits them. Once they've got your money, it suits them to ignore you. If I could oiffer them no stars, I would readily do so. total shambles of a company. DO NOT USE!

Do not use these clowns. Ordered a rear screen spoiler for my e class merc. when I tried to fit it, it was wrong shape and to small. sent 5 mails to them stating the problem, guess what, they have never replied. 6 weeks on, ive gone to nochex the people who deals with nicedeals banking. Ive been sending them emails, and they have beensending them on to nicedeals. The latest off nicedeals 6 weeks on from purchasing the spoiler, is they sent me the correct spoiler, it will fit. Ive been in the motor trade 26 years, I know what im doing, and they say im a liar, it will fit as it was correctly supplied. . Trust me do not use these clowns as they take your money then dont want to know, im £ 84.00 out of pocket. Utter clowns. do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Youve been warned
