Surly, sarcastic, superior attitude. Also attempted to more than double the quoted price.
Inadequate professional knowledge and an extremely illogical and inefficient method of working, took three times the amount of work required to complete the job. Obviously had no idea of what he was doing and so chose to unload most of the software when the problem was a physical issue with an input device – which is what he had been told from the outset.
Personal hygiene
My home reeked of body odour for several hours after he had left, despite throwing all the windows wide. There is a world of difference between fresh perspiration from a hard day's work and the malodorous stench of stale sweat which bordered on putrefaction. An assault on one's olfactory senses which verges on criminal. Do not let them anywhere near your home!
