The service man was very polite and professional. He explained everything about the process and did the job very quickly and efficiently. All my upholstered furniture is not cleaned and still drying. I cannot wait to sit on my couch. It looks so bright and smells so fresh. The guy could not remove an old stain from it but managed to make it less visible. I am very happy with the service I received, I would book it again.
