This store is possibly the worst storage company in London. Do not under any circumstances trust them. They recently had a flood and screwed most of the people who had units there by under insuring them and giving the scant help when half of their possession got destroyed. The management is at best hapless at worst downright incompetent. Avoid them like the plague
