I booked a return trip from London City airport to my hotel and our driver was waiting in arrivals smartly dressed. For our return, the driver was on time (in fact a little early). He was Very courteous and polite and insisted on carrying our luggage. I think our drivers name was Shinda, his driving was impeccable. Excellent service for a good price.
