Company description

Solartherm UK is an approved installer of a number of renewable products. From Biomass and the Austrian ETA boiler to heat pumps and German built WaterKotte, Swedish built Nibe and Japanese built Panasonic. All of our installations are fully engineered with all of the necessary equipment required to facilitate a first class job. Whether it is a Photovoltaic electric generating system or a heating system using natural sources, we design, install and if required look after it. With our heating system we design and specify only the best equipment, from the system components and pipe work to the interface of the new or existing heating system.

Our highly trained engineers have extensive experience in the field of renewable technology, ensuring you receive the highest quality product and customer service on the market. Following installation of the system, our full accredited engineers will commission the system so that you can start saving on your energy bills and receive TIF / RHI payments.

It’s quite nice to find a firm that does just what they say. Efficient services with excellent products. Obviously installing solar cells is a long term investment. Nothing was too much trouble from the point of sale to the installation staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all.

Solartherm was exceptional from the start, apart from the scaffold which was up a few days longer than expected, everything else went very smoothly. The install team were in and out with no fuss. The system was removed completely, cleaned up and the panels were coated. The electrical components overhauled, and it`s now working very well indeed. Our sincere thanks.

So we have the Veg plot now in the back garden. We have the Chickens, we burn logs and cook through the Rayburn, But something was missing……..In comes Solartherm. We have managed to squeeze 20 solar modules on the outside fence run, abutting some common ground. They can`t be seen but are in full sun and at the weekend provided more power to this house than it can possibly use. Go green !

Solartherm Uk have taken away the worry today of having a solar panel system that was totally underperforming. I accept we never bought the original system as it came with the house we bought, but it was installed when the rates were very high, and we had the transfer of ownership from the sellers. They said it had never worked from the off, and the installer my planets had since gone bankrupt.

We cook on Gas so it was a bit of a blow to have it ripped out. However, we wanted the new electric range cooker and it didn’t have a gas top option. So we opted to cap the gas and remove the boiler at the same time. We have been signed up to the RHI for payments on our new heat pump, and have had a solar power installation too. Definitely the way to go to give back a bit to the environment, no problems at all with Solartherm who were spot on.

We contacted Solartherm Uk after having another solar `company` install the equipment to our old system. SolarEdge forwarded their number and they set up our system over the phone and by web. We have NOT been charged. Now there is a reason for a good review !!!

I can't say that Solartherm UK are the cheapest. We did get other quotes but they are the most qualified looking into them and have been in existence the longest so that was the decider. Job scaffolded correctly, paperwork arrived promptly. Warranty forwarded has come from the manufacturer and not some template with the installers name on it. 10yr HIES policy covering Solartherm. So I'd say we have played it safe and you pay for what you get.

We had Tigo fitted last month (August) by Solartherm. They highlighted that a Growatt battery by another company was not wired properly, and re did it for free. Our electrician Matthew was very enthusiastic and clearly knows he onions. I feel like we are now in very good hands

Solar panels are something we have wanted for a long time. Now completely affordable and subsidies still available. Excess electricity gets paid for by EON and yet we have a gadget that heats the hot water from the excess also. A double saving ?

Complete renewable system installed. We have been building our home for 2 years, having first contacted Solartherm UK back in 2015. They have assisted our architect and made several site visits in order to meet budget and spec. The end result of heat pump, solarthermal tubes and small PV array is perfect.

I was put in touch with Solartherm UK from our inverter manufacturers. The old equipment had popped its fuse, although we thought it was something more sinister. A quick test of the panels shows one was not even working. We had the original system by my planet, they have gone and we thought we were up the creek. Great service provided by some very responsive office girls, reasonable cost and we may have a nibble on some other gadgets at a later date.

Followed a work colleague's recommendation to have Solartherm fit our Solar panels and battery system. We didn't get other prices as we felt comfortable with the quote. We popped into their warehouse as we are not too far away. We changed the panel frame colour to something we saw, which didn't cause any issues. Ben, I think Charlie and Matt arrived no far over the allocated time. Very nice and polite bunch of lads, know what they are doing and shoes were off at the door without asking. I like that and like my colleague I'm happy to refer.
