Belfast Architects and Landscape Architects. The practice designs house extensions, loft conversions, bespoke houses as well as larger commercial and residential developments.
Established in North Belfast since 1984, we have been extensively involved in projects across Belfast, Newtownabbey, Castlereagh, Lisburn, Antrim, Bangor and North Down but also across all of Northern Ireland.
We have experience in hospital and school design, as well as retail and office developments, and housing projects of all sizes.
The practice has worked on listed buildings, worked in Conservation Areas, has been involved in infill developments and urban regeneration schemes. We have also obtained the approvals necessary to facilitate various licenses applications in Court.
A.L.D.A. has designed schemes for Community Groups, and has produced Landscape Structure Plans. We have been involved in all manner of Landscape work, including working with the R.S.P.B. and DOE to create the bird sanctuary at D2 lagoon in Belfast Harbour Estate.
