Had a very, very bad experience with Able Group. Asked for help with a plumbing issue and they treated it as a blocked sink emergency call out, even though I had detailed my needs. Bloke did temporary fix but it fixed nothing, not even temporarily. When we tried to get them back to give as a proper quote on the work, they kept my partner waiting for two days at home. No one came when they said they would and no one would return her several phone calls - meaning a waste of time and a stressful experience for us both. Poor service, and no refund offered for the lack of any fix.
