Steer well clear of this company. They are completely unreliable and have no customer service skills at all. On three separate occasions I have waited in for them to come and mend my washing machine. Not only have they not bothered turning up, they havent even contacted me to let me know they wouldnt be coming. When I complained after the second no show, rather than apologising the guy on the phone was rude and aggressive towards me.
