Alex Rosen Associates carries out structural inspections and building surveys on residential and commercial properties. We cover Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, East Anglia and the East Midlands. Our reports are tailored to suit individual requirements, for example in connection with a mortgage application or insurance claim, or advising on planned extensions or alterations. All inspections are undertaken by a Chartered Structural Engineer and our reports provide clear recommendations and guidance. We also specialise in party wall surveys, structural design, schedules of condition and dilapidation, certification and monitoring for new-build, boundary disputes, and expert witness reports. Alex Rosen Associates is managed and run by Alex Rosen BSc CEng MIStructE, a fully qualified Chartered Structural Engineer and Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, with 30 years' experience in the construction industry.
