Alpine Surveys are a truly independent property surveying company, with no connections to any remedial works companies or builders
Therefore we have no interest in financial rewards from remedial works, which, may or may not be required as a result of our inspection surveys.
We aim to provide you with a totally unbiased and accurate survey.
With the correct survey and diagnosis, in many situations the rectification is inexpensive and does not require expensive works to be carried out.
The key is to be thorough in the survey approach, using experience gained over many decades and locate the actual cause, as opposed to assuming that it is something else, normally misdiagnosing the areas of concern.
We have offices and Surveyors that cover Central & Southern England, Greater London & South Wales.
