DO NOT TRUST THEM! I sent in my iMac for repair. They sent it back 'repaired' but it didn't even switch on! I sent it back saying "how could you not have realised??". Weeks go by and I hear nothing. I then call up and request delivery the next day. He agreed to deliver. 5 minutes later I went in, I didn't give them my name. There was my iMac by the window next to a load of other computers for sale. I had already guessed the game from all the other reviews (should have read them first) so I asked if it was for sale. To my amazement the man then tried to sell me my own iMac for £700. I told him who I was and he got really nervous, swore at me in front of my 4 year old son and said "well it's fixed now". He then refused to give it to me, whereupon I nearly called the police. He then proceeded to make a video on his phone to keep as evidence that it worked, but he only went to the login screen. His hands were shaking as he made the video and I had the distinct impression this was not the first time he'd had to do this. Pretty shaken up, I carry my iMac home in my arms. At home I boot up, then login in and not only is my whole hard drive wiped clean and everything gone, but it still has the same problem as when I sent it in - it reboots of its own accord every 5 minutes. Weeks of time wasted, nothing repaired, my son has to witness a grown man calling his father a "bast***d", I nearly have to call the police, my computer still doesn't work so now I have to go to a different repair guy. This company does not deserve 1 star. I will be writing to the Trading Standards Agency immediately. DO NOT TRUST THEM! How important is your computer in your life? If you rely on your computer for your business, you should save yourself a world of pain and go to a proper company. The other question is, how much (if any) of my original components are still in there? Who's to say? Pay peanuts get monkeys (and verbal abuse in front of your young children)
