The key to approach is our highly trained, experienced team of nurses and carers. Friendly and cheerful, yet always totally professional, our staff have a deep understanding of dementia and its effects, and base their care on signs and symptoms they observe day to day.
Crucially, they focus on helping residents maintain as much independence as possible, as research shows that simply doing everything for them actually reduces dementia patients’ capacity even further, and faster.
