- The house is situated on the B1191 in the village of Martin, Lincolnshire, in the East Midlands. The nearest rail station is Metheringham (3 miles). There is much of interest in the area, whether it is golf at Woodhall Spa or aviation heritage at East Kirkby, Coningsby or Woodhall. The house is only 13 miles from Lincoln and Sleaford, and a similar distance to the Wolds and from there to the Lincolnshire coast. There is walking, birdwatching, fishing, history and much more to explore in Lincolnshire.
