Not surprised to see other negative reviews on this company. We were called in to 'finish' a job these cowboys started but poorly finished. The job had to be started again from start. The main person behind 'CHARD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE' is named Jamie Chard, he has caused massive upset and misery by ripping people off. The work quality is less then DIY standard yet has charged more then double of a professional.
We have advised customer to seek legal advice and will warn anyone else - do not use this company.
