He is a dishonest eBay seller. He doesn't keep to his words, eBay support have been chasing him and he does not respond. He pockets money that he says he would reimburse. Avoid 'The Magic Attic' on eBay if customer service and honest dealings is what you want. He doesn't even know how to package items to reduce the risks of them getting damaged in transit, either that or they were damaged before being shipping even though they were brand new items.
