The smell of sweet peas as you walk past; peonies just before they bloom; Lily of the Valley and apple blossom. These all make my heart sing.
Whilst working in the City, I long dreamt of setting up my own floristry business. I relished the time I spent visiting Wisley, Kew and the Isabella Plantation whilst gardening in whatever free moments I could capture. Then, an arresting brush with cancer, made me rethink my priorities. And since then, I’ve focused on creating a business that both gives pleasure to others and provides much more fulfilment to me than working in the City ever did.
