Company description

Dragonfly Well-Being Centre is a private mental health & wellbeing centre in the centre of Plymouth, where people can access counsellors & therapists to suit their requirements, including various talking therapies and holistic therapies such as counselling & psychotherapy; children & young people therapy; mindfulness; hypnotherapy; systemic family work; EMDR or massage. More therapies will be added, ongoing.

The public can view the therapists on the website, and read their profiles to learn more about them and find out their specialisms. This will help them decide which therapist they would like to see, depending upon their needs. They then contact the individual therapist directly, using their contact details, to make an appointment or discuss any queries.

Dragonfly Well-Being Centre also offer therapy room hire to professionals, allowing them to book rooms via an online booking system and carry out their work in a calming, safe space. The building is managed by a registered BACP Practitioner who totally understands therapist requirements.
There are many benefits to hiring a room at Dragonfly. Rooms are soundproof, including soundproof doors. Access includes a sign-in and out system. There are security cameras in the corridors for your safety. Rooms are decorated and furnished to promote a welcoming and calming environment. You also have access to: free Wi-Fi; desk areas to complete paperwork (with no rush); storage Room; locker; kitchen and staffroom; waiting area for clients; complimentary tea and coffee for therapists & clients, plus male & female toilet facilities. Although ad hoc bookings are acceptable, there is also an option of monthly rolling contracts (hourly, half-day, day/monthly.)
Therapist profiles will be added to the website, for the public to read. If you are a professional and would like to take a look at the centre, viewing dates and times can be arranged by contacting Elizabeth Firman via the contact form on the website or by calling 07852 973959.
