Marshal Brar has a degree in Sciences and furthered his studies with a Hotel Management Diploma as well as Health and Hygiene, and Business Management.
Formerly he has worked for the Caviar House and Prunier group ( The largest retailers of Caviar in the world) in various positions of Supervisor, Manager, operations Manager, Profit Centre Manager, Restaurant Manager , Caviar Quality Control Manager and finally Distribution Director.
Marshal was instrumental in the launch of the Caviar House Sea Food bar Airport concept , as well as the downtown restaurant in the UK. After having attained valuable experience in the up market food lines for 22 years with the group Marshal established his own Distribution network , which not only supplies the European market but also the Asian market.
