The Edinburgh Therapy Service operates as a counseling center situated in the heart of Edinburgh. We specialize in psychotherapy, employing evidence-based methods to address a wide array of psychological concerns. These include stress, various anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and separation anxiety), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), eating disorders, challenges related to body image, issues with self-esteem and self-criticism, perfectionism, sleep disturbances, life transitions, grief and loss, self-harm, and anger management.
