The usual reasons for these returns are because they are either; unwanted gifts, items which have been delivered to the wrong address, packaging damaged making it unfit for direct sale, minor cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories which we replace or because of minor faults which have been rectified to the highest standard.
These returns are then tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale by ourselves. If a repair is required on a product, it is carried out by one of our manufacturer approved electronic engineers, using manufacturer provided parts, making the item fit again for sale to the highest standard.
