We are based in South East London, we offer recruitment solutions to a range of clients including care and residential homes, charities, local authorities, industry, private hospitals and GP Surgeries.
Elsah Healthcare also works with clients to provide staffing solutions for healthcare staff to their requirements for both temporary and permanent placements. Our care staff are of high calibre and fully compliant with all regulations to practice. Our highly experienced and proactive team provide a friendly, personal service to look after the needs of our clients and healthcare workers.
Our aim is to deliver staffing solutions to all areas and specialities of the healthcare sector and industry with Registered Nurses, ODP’s, Support Workers, Care Assistants and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
All our staff are fully trained and committed to work towards the general well-being of the client, always taking into account each client individuality, cultural background and values.
Elsah Healthcare takes pride in encouraging all staff to work under family and caring values, while strictly following our policies and procedures.
During our supply of services, we will try as much as possible to supply the same staff in order to maintain consistency and continuity of care. Since familiar faces and voices enhances quality of life for residents.
All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining a QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
