We try to see things from the point of view of our clients, without surrendering objectivity.

Before we work to understand a client’s brief, we work to understand the client. We get under the skin of the organisation. We get a feel for their purpose and personality.
Then, armed with this insight, we address the issues at hand. Our first reaction to a brief is often to pull it apart. We deconstruct it to isolate the component parts and refine the proposition. Throughout the process we think creatively as well as strategically. We deliver tangible, not tangential, creative solutions. Meanwhile, as creative barriers are broken, budgetary and timing controls are strictly adhered to.
Although we’re a bespoke operation, and not a production line, we do work within a simple four-stage process:
• 1. We listen.This stage is all about putting the fundamentals in place. It involves exploratory discussions to establish the project’s framework and intelligent questioning to clarify the objectives.
• 2. We think.The thinking stage gives our creativity a sense of direction. We examine the competitive landscape, research the target audience and investigate potential avenues for innovation.
• 3. We create.This stage is the least process-driven. Within the boundaries of our earlier listening and thinking, we give free rein to our creativity. Following few rules, we make, build, shape and craft.
• 4. We manage.The discipline of deadlines and budgets makes sure our creativity fulfills its purpose. With their feet on the ground, our project managers stay in touch with our clients and reality.
