- The resort houses 75 guest rooms that include six suites and six deluxe suites decorated in a contemporary-meets-casual style to make guests feel comfortable. Standard family bedrooms cater to three or four people and include one double bed and one single bed or one double bed with two singles in a separate room. A superior family bedroom accommodates three people with one double bed and one single bed. Six cottages with kitchen facilities and four riverside log cabins allow for more-secluded stays. Guests can enjoy a gourmet meal in the River Room restaurant, which offers an extensive wine list and floor-to-ceiling panoramic river views. Guests can also opt for a more traditional meal in the casual Gillies Bar and Grill. Its log fires, exposed beams, and stone walls offer an atmosphere of an old Irish pub, complete with live Irish music on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Portion-controlled spa cuisine is available in the spa and at Gillies Bar and Grill, and light options are offered throughout the day. The resort is committed to using organic and locally sourced ingredients, and specific diets can be accommodated, including vegan and vegetarian.

- In addition to its spa menu, Galgorm also offers stand-alone programs such as its Boot Camp, which runs from two or five days in length and is designed to kick start a weight loss and fitness regime. Boot camp is organized prior to arrival and is dependent on a minimum number having signed up. The military-style program encourages guests to follow a strict itinerary of events, monitored by personal trainers, and to attend theory seminars, including nutrition and lifestyle. The resort offers a wide range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, and fly fishing, or guests can get energized at the 1, 880-square foot Galgorm Fitness center, which is stocked with cardio and resistance equipment equipped with LCD screens. Personal training is available. Meeting space is available, and the resort's Gillies Bar and Grill showcases live Irish music on weekends. Guests can also sightsee at some of Northern Ireland's scenic attractions, including the Antrim Coast coastal route, Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-reed Rope Bridge, and Queens University.

- The 11, 675-square-foot Spa at Galgorm features 11 treatment rooms, including a hydro bath, hammam plinth, and mud serail, and has a menu based on traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Spacious, brightly lit areas overlooking the River Maine provide a warm and welcoming ambiance. Guests can indulge in the signature Jasmin Mali Ritual treatment, which uses organic Thai tanaka spice and sandalwood essential oil, or opt for the Thermal Spa Experience that embraces the ancient ritual of bathing. The Thermal Spa Experience includes an outdoor hot tub, heated relaxation loungers, infinity hydrotherapy pool, laconium, herb caldarium, aroma grotto, ice fountain, sauna, and experience showers. Couples can request tandem treatments in the Paris Suite, and some treatments make use of organic or locally sourced ingredients.

Well-tended parkland, and an impressive reception area with antiques and a welcoming log fire create a good impression, and there's an elegant drawing room and a traditional bar, as well as the more casual Ghillies Bar in a characterful converted buildings at the back of the hotel (where informal meals are also served). Comfortably furnished guest rooms and suites include some with four-posters, and most have river views. Developments under way at the time of going to press will add new bedrooms, and leisure facilities. Rooms 24 (3 suites, 2 disabled) L &D available daily. Open all year.
