As a 20 years old manufacturer, Hunan Great Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd is equipped with state of the art facilities, and produces high quality products that continue to meet the values of our satisfied customers from various industries including petroleum, automobiles, shipbuilding and construction.
In 2009, after establishing a fifth factory in Hebei, HGSP acquired state of the art technology to produce API OCTG and LINE pipe for energy development of oil and gas.
HGSP was then recognized as a global company with the ability to produce 600,000 tons of steel tubes and pipes per year, and manufactures 1,050 inches thru 16 inches of pipe with high quality.
HGSP is striving to become the best in the world by constructing an advanced monitoring system to improve quality. The equipment is a state of the art 3-Head type hydrostatic tester which is able to measure up to a maximum pressure of 7,260psi (511Bar). Also, a high tech digital multi-channel UT method to apply a Phase Array Type is in place. HSSG ensures a 0% deficiency and 100% testing confidence through the On-line UT and the Off-line UT in place to satisfy the strict quality demands of our customers from all over the world.
