I provide Osteopathy for adults aged 16 and over, with a primary focus on a tailored diagnosis, treatment and management of acute-chronic musculoskeletal complaints. I offer the additional services of Sports Taping which helps speed up healing, reduce pain and improve performance and also Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation - massage with a special tool that helps improve the tension of muscles and fascia; ideal for quickly working with large muscle groups such as hamstrings and quadraceps.
