Hundreds of local independent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and home office retailers Nationwide are Kbsa members, dedicated to upholding the Association’s high standards of design, supply, installation and customer service throughout the KBB industry.
Customers can buy with confidence from a Kbsa approved retailer because all members offer either a ConsumerCare Deposit Protection Scheme or a more comprehensive ConsumerCare Plus Scheme which covers the deposit, advanced payments and the work-in-progress.
Only fully authorised members of the Kbsa offer this scheme so, before you make any decisions, go to the showroom of the retailer you’re thinking of using and look for the Kbsa logo and membership certificate that will be on display.
All Kbsa members follow an Approved Code of Practice and are subject to strict monitoring to make sure you get the best professional service available. In addition, many Kbsa members are approved to trade as TrustMark accredited retailers. This is a government-backed programme that aims to assist consumers in finding reliable and trustworthy tradesmen, to carry out repairs and installations, and improve the kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices in their homes.
