Liquid screed, or flow screed as it is sometimes called, has many benefits over a traditional sand and cement screed. Because it can be laid by pump, an area of 100 square metres can be laid in just 45 minutes, and as much as 2,000 square metres can be covered in a day. It can also be force dried and ready for flooring in 28 days.
