We brought our beloved dog here as we thought it looked nice and in the countryside what an awful stressful experience. When we arrived Tracey the owner told my partner to put our dog in the oven the last thing we wanted to do heartbroken is put her there. I mean we all know what cremation is but asking clients to place there animals in the oven isn't that what she gets paid for. She was not compassionate a very cold service very rushed. she said we could collect our ashes the next day and she would ring she didn't eventually at 330 my partner rang her she said she was out and her phone went off we tried to ring back her phone was off eventually at 5 o clock we went there she was not there we had to wait 20 minutes she arrived grabbed the money handed us the box no explanation NO COMPASSION A STRESSFUL SERVICE TO A STRESSFUL TIME she had all day to ring and she didn't very disrespectful
