I qualified as an RMN in February 2006 from the University of Bedfordshire and have since worked in the criminal justice system, starting as a substance misuse nurse and advancing to Senior Nurse Practitioner in 2009 and Lead Nurse in 2014 within a substance misuse service in Hull. For the past 8 years, I've been with ELFT as a Senior Primary Care Link Practitioner and Liaison and Diversion Service, primarily in police custody in Luton. I've held various roles, including Standards and Performance Lead and Deputy Manager, focusing on supporting individuals with dual diagnosis, ADHD, ASD, and ex-veterans.
