We offer both private personal training & semi-private training in small groups, ensuring that you always receive expert guidance from your personal fitness trainer throughout every session. Our luxury private gym provides you with an exclusive exercise experience, away from the crowded rooms and sweaty machinery of normal gyms. You will begin with an initial consultation with your personal fitness trainer to assess your current fitness, your goals, & to design your bespoke personal training & nutrition programme. Your PT will then support you with regular fitness & wellbeing assessments, ensuring fast results & continued progress.
