Oak Student Letts: TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNRELIABLE, & RAN BY UNDER TRAINED STAFF WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PROPERTIES
I DO NOT RECOMMEND oak student letts- if you are looking for a reliable letting agency I suggest you keep looking. I have rented with several landlords and agencies in different cities before and nobody was ever as dire as Oakletts.
The do not know ANYTHING- any question you ask them about your property/prospective property they cannot answer because the staff are not well trained and know nothing about what they're doing. They are also extremely hard to get hold off....I e-mailed them 6 times in a week and they never responded. I was abroad so it was very expensive for me to have to call them in the end....and even when I did they couldn't answer any of my questions so it was a huge waste of my time and money.
Their properties arent any cheaper or nicer than anywhere else in nottingham and their service is truly horrendus- I suggest to never use them.
