Topographical Surveys
Its all about accuracy and here at Pinpoint Mapping in Bristol we specialise in accurate topographical surveys, from small residential requirements through to larger scale surveys such as footpaths, roads, parks and farmland. Providing comprehensive solutions, our topographical surveys include land surveys, highway surveys, boundary surveys, setting out and boundary surveys in order to update Land Registry.
Full Measured Building Surveys
Our full measured building surveys can be tailored precisely to meet the individual specification of your project in order to generate floorplans, elevations and sections which visualise a highly accurate representation of the building. Our experienced Bristol team can swiftly laser scan all sizes and manner of properties, ranging from private residences through to buildings such as hotels and offices, and onto larger facilities including heritage, industrial, retail and commercial sites.
3D Scanning & BIM
Using our 3D Laser Scanners to scan and collect high resolution 3D point-cloud data of a building, we can capture both its exterior and interior architectural features in precise detail that can be represented in a 3D Building Information Model (BIM). In order to meet a customer’s requirements we offer four individual BIM Levels of Development: Massing; Structural; Architectural and High Specification.
