Plas Rhosnesni is a 65 bedded purpose built Care Home providing care primarily to older people with a diagnosis of Dementia however we also offer care & support for individual's with Schizophrenia, Parkinson’s and those requiring end of life care. 61 of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the home has a choice of lounge and dining areas on each floor. We also have our own sensory and activities room.
