Company description
Flame detectors are designed to detect either the ultraviolet (UV) or infra-red (IR) radiation emitted by a fire. They have sensors which detect the radiation by its wavelength, meaning that they can easily discern between flames and other, more innocent sources, such as sunlight. All fires can be detected with these systems, even if they are invisible to the naked eye.
