Having ordered a bag on 19th August and choosing the "arrive in 3 days" delivery, I was disappointed to see an email saying it was out of stock. But these things do happen, and It did say- let us know if you need it urgently and we'll do our best. So far, so good I thought.
I replied saying that I did need the bag ASAP (the truth) and could they let me know. Nothing.
Sent several more of those asking for a reply- no reply.
I decided to call- always goes to answerphone,
at which point I leave my name and number for them to call back. Nothing. Have called several times- still nothing.
I even tried online chat- that was busy too. I have repeated these methods of contact daily, and heard nothing back from them.
So far then, this is an uncontactable company, who have provided an awful service and there is still no sign of my bag.
Of course, the money left my account the day after.
I will certainly not use them again, unless It suddenly arrives tomorrow with some sort of explanation and hopefully a discount!!!
