Having used Richard Gwilliam to decorate my mothers' flat for the first time, I must say that he was very polite, clean and tidy, and did an absolutely wonderful job, with the painting and the wall papering.
My mother is very pleased, and lives in a warden controlled flat, her Manager also said how nice it looked and what a good job he had done.
Will definitely recommend him to everyone who needs any decorating done.
