The feeling of love for animals is awe-inspiring. It's the moment you show your pet your love and they give them their love and affection. It is a way to be more sensitive and compassionate towards our four-legged companions. People can be peaceful in a stressful world through having pets as companions. There are many aggressive people out there these days. Animals are trustworthy, open and friendly and so, people are drawn to their loyal companions because the animal will love the owner just for being there, no matter what.
Since I was young, I have been interested in animals. When I was walking along the streets, I always paid attention to them and wanted to bring all these cutest creatures home. My mother refused to allow me to keep pets. Instead, we would go to circuses or zoos in larger cities each year. As a youngster I was awed by looking at all animals, and then playing with them. I thought the circus was something amazing. It was fascinating to see the number of animals that were able to perform tricks. I was extremely satisfied to see it.
But I now understand the pain of living in such conditions. The lives of defenseless animals depend on human beings. I believe that the zoo workers treat animals with respect since not all animals are brought to them through the force of nature. A lot of zoo animals were taken to the zoo in dire circumstances. They would not be able to survive in the wild. The animals of the circus are scared. Training can be brutal, with brutality and I am sorry that defenseless creatures are treated so harshly.
Additionally since I'm aware that I have a serious problem with finding a huge number of animals on the street. Many people acquire pets, then after a while they toss them. They don't realize the consequences of doing this to animals. Shelters are a good thing. I am a volunteer who helps to find homes for our beloved pets. Volunteering allows me to have the chance to make animals feel happier, save them from being shot and help them find homes in which they can be loved.
I want people to feel the same compassion and love for animals as I do.
