Hi I’m Mike of South East Coach Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about working with people and using movement to elevate their wellbeing. We also provide Strength and Conditioning in Kennington. My approach isn’t what you get with standard trainers: I have a professional background in ballet and contemporary dance, 10+ years experience in coaching movement and an MSc in Dance Science. I am based in South East London but can travel to your home for training. I can travel to central and surrounding areas of central London. I offer 1-1 and 1-2 sessions that can take place in a location of your choosing or at a gym in Elephant and Castle. Contact for more info.
