Stout Cycles is the workshop of Russell Stout, an experienced framebuilder based in the Tweed Valley. After years with Shand Cycles, Russell returned to the tools - designing and fabricating lightweight aluminium bike frames with a focus on ride quality and durability. It's not mass production. It's craft.
