During my 11+ years experience of practicing massage I have learned that the real reason most people come for massage is to relax and be taken care of.
At Tarakasha Holistic Therapies I offer a wide range of therapies including Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Holistic Massage, Hot Stones & Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Every session will be tailored to your very needs, taking care of physical issues such as low energy, headaches or easing lower back, shoulder & neck pain and improving your flexibility whilst creating a wonderful state of relaxation.
I also offer Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and Life coaching to addressing issues such as stress, anxiety or low mood, IBS and phobias, helping my clients to live a happier and more empowered life.
