The Lawns Nursing and Residential Care Home, located in the peaceful village of Brixton, Plymouth, offers Nursing & Residential Care, Rehabilitation & Respite Care, Dementia Care, and End of Life & Palliative Care for Plymouth & Devon.
Our care home is fully accredited by the CQC to provide care for adults aged 65 and above, as well as adults with dementia and physical disabilities. Additionally, we are involved in the St Luke’s Six Steps + Programme, with members of our team having completed the End of Life (EOL) Care programme to become EOL Champions.
Working with the local Community Rehabilitation and Nursing teams, we offer the highest standards of care for both long-term and short-term residents. Our kind and compassionate team specialises in providing full-term nursing care, as well as care for those living with long-term conditions, such as Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Dementia, Diabetes, COPD, and Motor Neurone Disease.
At The Lawns, people from all walks of life are welcome, including visitors at any time, and we treat everyone like family. Our goal is to always create a home-from-home atmosphere. With a focus on quality, person-centred care, we provide individual care plans to suit the needs of all our residents, allowing them to have complete control over every aspect of their daily life.
