After 25 years in Engineering, as a Chemical and Process Engineer, I've founded The STEM Coach, a coaching practice to help women find their voice, be heard, build confidence and tackle the challenges that come with usually being the only woman in the room. I've lived it, so I'm passionate to be the support for these women and be the help I wish I'd had in my career.
