Company description
Treetops Farm is a small, family run farm combined with equine facilities located at the head of the River Brue in Somerset, close to the borders of both Dorset and Wiltshire.
At the heart of our farm is a passion for keeping animals kindly, and farming in a way that is sympathetic to nature. Naturally we are therefore organic and premium health scheme accredited, and raise our animals outdoors on herb enriched pastures. We predominantly keep traditional and rare breeds that are native to the UK, as we firmly believe that this produces a better quality product with a less intensive demand on the environment.
Our equine facilities are modern and airy with plenty of natural lighting in both the stables and indoor school. There is ample parking for horse boxes and lorries, and warm welcoming indoor spaces for both learning and relaxing in. We are fortunate to be surrounded by the glorious Somerset countryside including the 2,650 acre Stourhead Estate with it’s extensive network of accessible woodland trails.
