There’s a great selection of cardio and resistance equipment as well as spacious free weight and stretching areas that includes a ladies only zone. After your workout, cool down in our 25m swimming pool or relax in the sauna or steam room. We also offer a huge variety of fitness classes in our fitness studio with over 75 classes per week, including Zumba, yoga and spin classes.
