I have enjoyed my experience with Xist4 from the start. They are very professional and they really listened to what I wanted in a job. They placed me in this wonderful company with great people. I was having the hardest time getting an interview and even though I felt like I had a good information on my resume it was just not getting through to employers. Working with XIST4 was so great. Xist4 is awesome. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly (even the building doorman!). Calls, emails, answers to questions - everything was prompt and efficient. Everyone knew what they were doing. Pretty rare in this world! All of the people from Xist4 are great and helpful. They have you check in once a week, so they know that you are still looking for work, and will do their best to get you placed quickly. They really go above and beyond by doing their best to find the best match for you, their clients, and themselves.

Switching jobs can be a tough thing to do once you get caught in your day to day life. I was facing the same problem as I had no time applying for new jobs.
