Mike is the owner and manager of Your Guitar Academy Sutton. He started playing the guitar at the age of 12 and was teaching by the time he was 17. Mike studied guitar at the Academy of Contemporary Music, where he was taught by some of the best guitarists in the country such as Guthrie Govan, Jamie Humphries, Dave Kilminster and Eric Roche.
After graduating from the ACM Mike started building up his teaching career. Mike has taught literally hundreds of students, both via private guitar tuition as well as teaching through schools and colleges. It doesn’t stop there however, as Mike teaches hundreds of thousands of students via his online teaching channel which has subscribers all over the world.
