I’m a retired nurse looking to try something new with trading gold and crude oil. Bitnixer’s onboarding was straightforward and covered all the basics nicely. The webinars were useful but felt a bit one-way. It would be great if they had more interactive Q&A sessions. Overall, a decent way to get started without feeling lost.

Had a question about changing my account details, and support actually got back to me in a few minutes, and felt like chatting with a real person, not just a robot. Wasn’t expecting that level of customer service from a trading site. Makes me trust this one waaaay more. Haven’t even explored half the features yet, but so far, the people behind it stand out!!
